1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with PlaceNet Consultants for education, travel, or immigration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

PlaceNet Consultants provides advisory and administrative support for:

  • University admissions and career counselling.
  • Visa application guidance and documentation assistance.
  • Permanent Residency and immigration consulting.
  • International travel, forex, and insurance coordination.

Important: While we strive for excellence, PlaceNet Consultants does not guarantee admission to any institution or the granting of any visa, as these decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective universities and government authorities.

3. Fees and Payments

All service fees will be clearly communicated during the initial consultation. Fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has been initiated, as they cover administrative and consulting efforts. Third-party costs (embassy fees, university application fees) are paid directly to the respective entities and are not part of our service charges.

4. User Obligations

To provide effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
  • Adhere to the deadlines set by our consultants and external institutions.
  • Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.

Submission of fraudulent documents or information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of our services without refund.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PlaceNet Consultants acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for:

  • Changes in government policies or visa regulations.
  • Decisions made by external institutions (Universities, Embassies).
  • Delays caused by third-party services or government processing times.
  • Any direct or indirect loss resulting from a visa refusal or application rejection.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services to any user who violates these terms, behaves unprofessionally toward our staff, or fails to fulfill their payment obligations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
